Flickr and Nam

Below is a link to a photo from Flickr, titled 'Dessert'- showing cooking in Vientam. It reminded me of the cooking class I did in Saigon three months ago. One dish I made was eggplant noodle, accompanied with a glass of Adelaide (?) white and an American couple who had recently sold their coffee business. He had a beard and she auburn hair. That class taught me never to try and make rice paper from scratch, alone.
